A thirteen-property Nordic group operating across Copenhagen, Stockholm, Oslo and Helsinki had accumulated four separate BookNLink workspaces through acquisitions between 2022 and 2025. The BI Consolidation extension gave the corporate revenue team a single dashboard with per-property RevPAR, ADR and pickup-at-J-30 without any change to the individual workspaces.
