Booking Engine Add-on: Abandoned Cart Recovery for BookNLink

Recovery flow that captures every abandoned booking session in your BookNLink Booking Engine, stores the intent (dates, guests, room selection, extras) in an encrypted session, and sends up to three transactional emails at configurable intervals with a one-click resume link. When the guest returns, availability and price are re-queried live from BookNLink so the offer is always current — no stale rate ever gets confirmed. Consent is captured explicitly at the previous step and stored with proof for GDPR audit. The add-on integrates with your BookNLink workspace via the official API, works alongside your Booking Engine and does not replace BookNLink. Includes a sandbox account, per-campaign performance report and first month included at signup.
